中文摘要:通过正交试验法,利用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪、万能试验机及卧式车床等手段,研究了Ca、P对黄铜显微组织、力学性能及切削性能的影响。结果表明:在黄铜合金中加入质量分数为0.5%Ca和0.6%P时,其切削性能大致与HPb59-1相当,同时,合金中存在弥散分布的金属间化合物。
英文摘要:Based on the orthogonal experiment, the effects of Ca and P content on microstructure, mechanical and cutting properties were studied by OM, SEM, EDS, tensile and cutting test. The results indicate that, when 0.5%Ca and 0.6%P are added into brass, the cutting properties of the alloy are similar to that of HPb59-1, meanwhile, some fine intermetallic compound are found.
