中文摘要:利用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法制备LiFe5O8铁氧体纳米粉末,采用化学方法合成盐酸(HCl)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI)粉末,利用高能球磨法制备LiFe5O8/PANI纳米复合材料,用XRD、VSM 及微波矢量网络分析仪对样品进行表征。结果表明, 制备的LiFe5O8/PANI复合材料生成了某种顺磁性物质和少量的Fe2O3。与单纯的LiFe5O8铁氧体纳米材料相比, LiFe5O8/PANI复合材料的介电损耗和磁损耗均有上升,共振吸收峰也明显展宽和增高。
英文摘要:LiFe5O8 ferrite nano-meter powder was prepared by sol-gel self-propagating combustion method, polyaniline (PANI) powder doped with hydrochloric acid(HCl) was synthesized by chemical method, LiFe5O8/PANI nano-composite was prepared by high energy ball milling using LiFe5O8 and PANI powder as raw material. All the samples were characterized by XRD, VSM and Vector Network Analyzer. The results show that some paramagnetic products and a small number of Fe2O3 particles produce during high energy ball milling. Compared with pure LiFe5O8 ferrite nano-material, the dielectric loss and magnetic loss of the nano-composite increases, and the resonance absorption peak significantly broadens and heightens too.
