等离子喷涂氧化铝基陶瓷涂层的性能研究

中文摘要:通过对45钢基体表面等离子喷涂Al2O3-13wt%TiO2(AT13)涂层和Al2O3涂层进行对比试验。结果表明:涂层组织呈明显的层片状结构,并含有孔隙、微裂纹及未熔颗粒等缺陷,基体与粘结层以及陶瓷层与粘结层之间形成良好的机械结合界面;TiO2的添加使AT13涂层孔隙减少,致密度提高;AT13涂层与Al2O3涂层相比硬度较低,但其硬度分布的分散性较小;在相同的摩擦磨损试验条件下,AT13涂层比Al2O3涂层耐磨性更好。
英文摘要:Al2O3-13wt%TiO2(AT13) coating and Al2O3 coating on 45 steel surface were prepared by plasma spraying, and the comparison testing was done. The results show that the coating structure shows clearly synusia and the micro-defects such as pores, cracks and unmelting particles can be observed. Matrix and bonded layer, bonded layer and coating form a good mechanical bond. The microhardness of AT13 coating is lower than Al2O3 coating, the distribution of hardness is more uniform. Under the same condition of friction test, the wear resistance of AT13 coating is better than Al2O3 coating.
