中文摘要:采用正交试验法研究了激光熔敷对304不锈钢基体上Co-Al-W合金熔敷层质量的影响,通过极差分析和方差分析, 评价了激光熔敷工艺参数对熔敷层质量影响的显著程度, 并对激光熔敷工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,激光输出功率、 扫描速度对熔敷层成形的影响显著,而搭接率的影响程度较小。 对于Co ∶ Al ∶ W (原子比)为78 ∶ 12 ∶ 10的混合粉末,本试验条件下能够获得较好成形的激光熔敷工艺参数是:输出功率3 kW、扫描速度3 mm/s、搭接率10%。
英文摘要:The influences of laser cladding process on the quality of Co-Al-W based alloy coating on 304 stainless steel substrate were studied by orthogonal experiment. The extent of the influence on the quality of the coating was evaluated through the range analysis and variance analysis,and the process parameters of the laser cladding were optimized. The results show that the laser power and scanning speed affect the performance of coating shaping significantly,while overlapping has less influence on shaping. Under the experimental conditions, when Co ∶ A1 ∶ W proportion is 78 ∶ 12 ∶ 10(at), the optimized parameters are as follows: laser power 3 kW, scanning speed 3 mm/s, overlapping 10%.
