中文摘要:研究了大电流作用下45钢表面的电接触表面强化方法,并研制了相应的设备。 分析了电流对强化层深度、宽度和硬度的影响, 并对强化层的耐磨性能进行了测试。结果表明:电接触表面强化具有强化效率高和效果好的优点。
英文摘要:A method of surface hardening based on the technique of electric contact strengthening with high current was studied. A set of electric contact strengthening equipment was developed. The effects of current on thickness, width and hardness of the hardened layer were analyzed. The wear resistance of hardened layer was measured. The results show that the electric contact surface hardening process has high strengthening efficiency and good effect.
