时效温度对沉淀硬化不锈钢FV520(B)组织及低温力学性能的影响

中文摘要:采用扫描电镜、 X射线衍射、金相试验和低温力学性能试验等方法,研究了时效温度对沉淀硬化不锈钢FV520(B)的组织和低温力学性能的影响。结果表明:在470 ℃时效,硬度出现峰值,主要与组织中细小的富铜相共格析出有关;随时效温度的升高,600 ℃时效时,冲击韧度最佳,此时残余奥氏体量最多;470 ℃及560 ℃时效时的冲击断口扩展区断口以准解理形貌为主,而其他时效状态下为韧窝形貌,但韧窝细节各不相同。
英文摘要:The effects of aging temperature on microstructure and low temperature mechanical properties of precipitation-hardening stainless steel FV520(B) were studied by SEM, XRD and low temperature tensile test. The results show that the hardness reaches a peak value aging at 470 ℃ due to fine copper-rich phase precipitating. With aging temperature increasing, the residual austenite quantitation and impact ductility all reach the highest level at 600℃. However, the fracture appearance of the impact specimens, aged at 470 ℃ and 560 ℃, is mainly quasi-cleavage fracture, while those of the specimens aged at other temperatures are dimples. The dimples cleavage and mixed fracture has differences surface topography in detail.
