中文摘要:利用高精度差分膨胀仪,通过对20MnSi螺纹钢线膨胀行为的测量与分析,获得相关动力学信息,系统研究了不同淬火温度(900~600 ℃)下20MnSi螺纹钢冷却过程中的相变行为。结果表明:淬火温度显著影响20MnSi螺纹钢的过冷奥氏体相变临界点、相变区间、室温组织及性能。
英文摘要:The influences of quenching at 900~600℃ on phase transformation process for 20MnSi deformed steel bar were studied by high-resolution differential dilatometer. The phase transformation kinetic information was obtained by adopting a lever rule from the recorded dilatometric curves. The results show that quenching temperature has a significant effect on the transformation point, the interval of phase transformation, microscopic structure and performance of 20MnSi deformed steel bar.
