中文摘要:通过对铝电解中影响铁-炭压降及静态电阻因素的分析,在不改变磷生铁化学成分的前提下,经孕育处理改变磷生铁中碳的形态。 通过改变孕育剂中铝含量,对在不同磷生铁化学成分下进行试验,确定了铝对磷生铁电阻和压降的影响。结果表明,磷生铁在凝固时碳化物数量减少,析出更多的石墨, 凝固收缩减少,接触电阻减小,磷生铁自身电阻减小, 最终使铁炭压降降低。与孕育剂中其他元素综合考虑,铝含量3%可同时满足磷生铁不同含碳量的要求。
英文摘要:The factors affecting Fe-C pressure drop and static resistance in aluminum electrolysis were analyzed. The formorphology of C in phosphorous iron was changed via inoculation treatment without changing the chemical composition of phosphorus iron. The influence of aluminum on the resistance and pressure drop of phosphorous iron was assured based on changing the composition of inoculants and phosphorous iron. The results show that in the solidified phosphorous iron, the carbides decrease, the graphite increases, the solidification shrinkage, the contact resistance and phosphorous iron resistance decrease, which make Fe-C pressure drop decline eventually. Taking other elements in the compound inoculants into consideration, the compound inoculants with 3%Al can meet the requirement of C content in phosphorous iron.
