英文摘要: Adopting an improved anti-rain gating system, the optimal design of casting process for ZG270-500 casting flange was carried out based on InteCAST under the condition of sodium silicate sand. According to the optimal results, the flange casting with the ratio of diameter and height of 10 was produced successfully, the shrinkage defect was avoided, the quality of the castings was ensured.
