中文摘要:针对杯形件温挤压成形时模具寿命低、壁厚差较大等实际问题,重点分析了其产生的主要原因,并提出了改进工艺方案。经实践验证,改进的工艺明显地降低了挤压时的挤压力(约45%)和模具温升(约15%),并有效控制了杯形件的壁厚差,达到了提高模具寿命和零件质量的目的。
英文摘要:Aiming at poor working life of die and biggish asymmetry of wall thickness of cup-shaped parts in warm extrusion forming process, the main reasons for the two questions were analyzed, then the improving measures were put forward. The results of actual verification show that, the new technology can effectively reduce extrusion force by 45%, elevate the temperature of die by 15% and control the difference between wall thickness of cup-shaped parts, prolong the work life of die and increase the quality of workpieces.
