中文摘要:对2.25Cr1Mo钢试板分别在室温下进行焊接,焊后自然冷却(正常焊接),及加热到750、850 ℃进行焊接并且焊接过程中始终保持高温不变,焊后自然冷却(高温焊接),采用小盲孔法测量其焊接残余应力。结果表明,高温焊接能够有效地降低焊接残余应力,并且高温焊接温度越高,焊接残余应力降低效果越好。
英文摘要: 2.25Cr1Mo steel test plate was welded at room temperature and then was cooled by natural cooling after welding; test plate was also welded at 750 ℃, 850 ℃, respectively, and remain this temperature during welding, then was cooled by natural cooling after welding. The welding residual stress was measured by small blind hole method. The results show that high temperature welding can (750 ℃, 850 ℃) effectively reduce the welding residual stress, the higher the soldering temperatures, the less the welding residual stress.
