中文摘要:进口的Cr12MoV 高碳高合金钢 Z形导杆磨损后,选用Ni60A 合金粉末,经氧乙炔焰喷涂和激光重熔处理后,熔覆合金层硬度可达到或超过原基体材料的硬度,而且合金层结构致密、晶粒细小,涂层与基体之间形成冶金结合,可满足零件性能要求。
英文摘要:The imported Z-shaped guide rod, whose material is high-carbon and high-alloy steel Cr12MoV, was worn out, Ni60A alloy powder was sprayed on it by oxyacetylene flame and laser remelting, the hardness of the cladding alloy can reach or exceed the hardness of the matrix and because of the compact structure of alloy layer, fine grain size, the metallurgical combination is formed between the coating and the substrate, which can meet the performance requirements.
