中文摘要:通过销-盘式摩擦磨损试验机研究了变形铝合金的干摩擦磨损性能,在干摩擦条件下测量了不同系列变形铝合金与不锈钢组成的摩擦副的磨损质量损失和摩擦系数,用扫描电镜(SEM + EDXA)观察其磨损表面及磨屑,并对其磨损机理进行了探讨分析。实验表明,在低速和室温条件下,不同系列变形铝合金平均摩擦系数不同,摩擦系数在整个实验过程中呈湍流状波动;变形铝合金的磨损机制主要以粘着、磨粒磨损为主,同时伴有氧化磨损;其中试样E#具有良好的耐磨性及干摩擦性能。
英文摘要:The dry friction and wear properties of deformation aluminum alloy were studied using sales-disc friction and wear testing machine, the deformation and friction coefficient of friction pair of aluminum alloy with different chemical composition against stainless steel under the condition of dry friction were measured, the worn surface and wearing debris were observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM+EDAX), and the wearing mechanism was analyzed. The experimental results show that, under the conditions of low rate and room temperature, the average friction coefficient of the different deformation aluminum alloy is different, the friction coefficient during the entire experiment varies in turbulence-like fluctuation. The wearing mechanism of deformation aluminum alloy is mainly abrasive wear, at the same time with oxidation wear; in which the sample E# has good abrasion resistance and dry friction properties.
