中文摘要:根据变形铝合金的热处理原理及其半固态模锻成形特点,探索出一种适合于变形铝合金半固态模锻成形件“高温固溶处理 + 分级时效”的新工艺:固溶处理(500±5)℃× 25 min,分级时效140 ℃× 6 h +150 ℃×1 h。结果表明:变形铝合金半固态模锻成形件经新工艺处理后,力学性能明显提高,缩短了处理时间,节约了能源,提高了生产效率。
英文摘要:According to the heat-treatment principle and semi-solid die forging formation characteristic of deformation Al alloy, a new heat-treatment technology of semi-solid drop-forgings for deformation Al alloy was researched, which followed solution treatment at (500±5) ℃ for 25 min and progressive aging at 140 ℃ for 6 h and 150 ℃ for 1 h. The results show that the mechanical property of semi-solid drop-forgings is improved obviously, its processing time is shortened, the energy is saved and the production efficiency is also improved.
