中文摘要:对铌微合金化HRB400钢筋进行了生产工艺、金相组织、时效热处理、力学性能等方面的分析。结果表明:20MnSiNb钢金相组织为铁素体 + 珠光体 + 少量贝氏体;20MnSiNb钢经250 ℃× 1 h时效处理后没有时效倾向; 经600 ℃×1 h时效处理后,钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高50 MPa和60 MPa。
英文摘要:The production process, microstructure, aging heat treatment process and mechanical properties of niobium micro-alloyed HRB400 were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of 20MnSiNb steel is composed of F, P and little amount B. There is no aging tendency of niobium micro-alloyed HRB400 aging at 250 ℃ for 1 h. The tensile strength and yield strength of the testing 20MnSiNb steel is increased by 50 MPa and 60 MPa, respectively, after 600 ℃× 1 h aging treatment.
