中文摘要:研究了CuNiMnSi合金的相结构、加工特性及钎焊性能。结果表明,该合金在晶界及晶内都有第二相析出,第二相主要为Ni3Si相,还有少量Ni31Sil2相,合金加工存在600~700 ℃中温脆性区。CuNiMnSi合金对S-06钢、QCr0.8、1Cr18Ni9Ti的润湿性、铺展性较好,通过研究该合金的熔点、填缝性能、力学性能,得到该合金的最佳钎焊温度为(960±5)℃。
英文摘要:The phase structure, workability and solderability of CuNiMnSi alloy were studied. The results show that the second phase precipitates in grain boundary and intragranular of the alloy, it contains a lot of Ni3Si phases and a few Ni31Sil2 phases. There is medium temperature brittle zone in alloy which is from 600 ℃ to 700 ℃. CuNiMnS alloy has good wettability and spreading property on S-06, QCr0.8 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The best brazing temperature of CuNiMnSi alloy is(960±5) ℃ which is obtained by studying the melting point, filling joint performance and mechanical properties of the alloy.
