中文摘要：对挤压ZA16合金在不同加工量下冷拔加工后的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明：ZA16合金铸态组织为基体η相和网状分布的白色?琢相，无网状共晶组织（β+η）相出现；材料的抗拉强度随着加工量的增大而减小；挤压和拉拔后，材料出现加工软化。
英文摘要：The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA16 alloy with different processing quantity were studied. The results show that the microstructure of ZA16 alloy as-cast is η phase and ?琢 phase，without eutectic structure （β+η）; its tensile strength decreases with the increase of processing quantity; the material softening occurs after extrusion and drawing process.
