中文摘要:对挤压ZA16合金在不同加工量下冷拔加工后的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:ZA16合金铸态组织为基体η相和网状分布的白色?琢相,无网状共晶组织(β+η)相出现;材料的抗拉强度随着加工量的增大而减小;挤压和拉拔后,材料出现加工软化。
英文摘要:The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA16 alloy with different processing quantity were studied. The results show that the microstructure of ZA16 alloy as-cast is η phase and ?琢 phase,without eutectic structure (β+η); its tensile strength decreases with the increase of processing quantity; the material softening occurs after extrusion and drawing process.
