中文摘要:在推力滑块生产中,通过对白合金与铸铁的结合机理分析、合金浇注工艺优化、金相组织变化、合金与铸铁结合强度的影响因素等关键技术进行研究,对铸铁表面进行一定的特殊处理,改进浇注工艺,使合金与铸铁的结合强度达到专利公司的要求。同时通过实验检测合金层的硬度、金相组织、合金层表面规则性等,各项性能均达到柴油机质量规范验收标准。
英文摘要:In the production of thrust slider, the many key technologies, such as analysis on bonding mechanism of white metal and cast iron, optimization of alloy pouring process, change of metallurgical structure, influencing factors of bonding strength of alloy and cast iron were studied. Besides, some special treatments were taken on the surface of cast iron to improve the pouring process and make the bonding strength of alloy and cast iron meet the requirements of patent company. At the same time, the hardness, metallurgical structure and surface regularization of the alloy layer were detected. The results show that each performance agrees well with the quality acceptance certificate offered by diesel engine corporation.
