中文摘要:采用Anycasting铸造仿真软件对改进的C100型摩托车发动机铝合金箱体压铸工艺进行充型、凝固数值模拟,以指导修正浇注系统、优化工艺参数;预测了压铸缺陷,从而解决了生产中的质量问题。
英文摘要: Based on Anycasting simulation software, the filling and solidification of die casting process for improved C100 type motorcycle engine aluminum alloy box was simulated to guide the optimization of gating system and process parameters; the defects of the castings were forecasted, and the quality of the castings improves.
