中文摘要:通过施加试验研究了超声波施振温度和处理角度对A356合金半固态组织细化规律的影响。结果表明,在不施加超声波的情况下,斜浇道对A356半固态组织有较好的细化作用。经超声处理后,晶粒细化效果明显,且在不同的施振温度下,A356半固态组织有不同程度的细化。随着施振温度的升高,细化作用越好,但当温度提高到一定程度时,细化效果减弱。施振温度为660 ℃时,晶粒最细小。
英文摘要:The effects of temperature in ultrasonic vibration and pouring angle on the refinement of semi-solid A356 grain were studied. The results show that, without power ultrasound, the effect of oblique runner on the refinement of semi-solid A356 is significant. The structures of semi-solid A356 alloy are remarkably refined by ultrasonic treatment, and the structure refining effects are diverse at different temperature. The structure refinement improves with the increase of temperature, but over a certain temperature, the effect of refining grains decreases. When the vibration temperature is 660 ℃, the grain is smallest.
