中文摘要:对连续变截面板进行了拉伸和拉深试验,测定连续变截面板的力学性能和成形性能指标。研究发现:随着厚度差的增大,拉伸试验中连续变截面板的伸长率有所降低,但仍具有较高的延伸性,且随着厚度差进一步增加会出现二次断裂现象;拉深试验中连续变截面板的极限拉深比随厚度差的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,而最小压边力增大,最大工作载荷减小。
英文摘要:Based on the tensile test and drawing test of variable cross section thin sheet, the mechanical properties and formability were obtained. The results show that the elongation of the sheet reduces with the increase of thickness difference, but it still has better elongation, and the second rip may happen when the thickness difference further increases in the tensile test; the limited drawing ratio of the sheet is first up then down, the minimum BHF has increasing trend and the maximum working load decreases with the increase of thickness difference in drawing test.
