中文摘要:在液态模锻成形孔形件时,通过对液态金属在凝固前后对型芯的作用产生包紧力进行分析;充分考虑可能影响抽拔力的因素,建立力学模型,分别推导出圆形和正多边形截面孔的型芯抽拔力计算公式。它们基本反映了液态模锻成形的特点,以及影响抽拔力的比压、拔模斜度、壁厚和涂料等主要因素。公式不仅适用于液态模锻,也适合金属型铸造和压铸、低压铸造。
英文摘要:The clamping force which the molten metal exerted on the core before and after its solidification was analyzed in liquid forging; taking into account the factors of influencing core-pulling force and setting up mechanical model, the equations used for calculating the core-pulling force with circular and polygonal section core hole were deduced, respectively. They primarily showed the feature of liquid forging process and the major factors of influencing of core-pulling force, such as metal pressure, pattern draft, wall thickness and coating. The formulas are suitable to liquid forging, metal die casting, die-casting and low pressure casting.
