中文摘要：提出了改善钛合金自由锻大锻件组织均匀性的措施，在宽砧上多次镦拔以及大变形后水冷。该工艺方法可以有效消除大规格钛棒存在的高、低倍组织不均匀缺陷，提高力学性能，最终获得高质量的锻件。
英文摘要：A method of improving structure uniformity of titanium alloy large forgings in open-die forging was put forward， that is upsetting and stretching again and again on a broad anvil and cooling in water after heavy deformation. The method makes the macrostructure and microstructure of the large forgings uniform and then the good mechanical properties can be achieved.
