英文摘要：Based on practical experience and part figure, the addendum profile for the part was added and the finite element model of the part was founded. The whole process of stamping deformation was simulated by Dynaform. By comparing the simulation results, the binder force and drawbead force were optimized. The simulation results can offer a reliable emulation tool and good way of thinking for the design and modification of the part's die. At the same time, the base of application and extension of CAE technology in die design of auto panels was established.
