中文摘要:自蔓延高温合成焊接是自蔓延高温合成技术的一个新的应用领域,利用自蔓延高温合成反应放出的热量及产物来实现同种或异种材料的焊接。影响自蔓延焊接的因素很多,本文利用优化出的反应原料组成和工艺参数进行焊接实验,用扫描电镜观察粉末体系与钛的焊接情况,发现平滑的钛管内壁发生变形,焊接界面结合紧密。
英文摘要: Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) technology is a new direction of SHS using the heat released from self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, the welding of the same or dissimilar materials was realized. The optimum component of powder and process parameters were used for welding experiment, the welding condition of powders system and titanium was observed by scanning electron microscope. It is found that there is deformation between the inner face of tianiam plate, the bonding of welding interface is close.
