中文摘要:钎焊是硬质合金与钢基体结合的主要方法,而大批量生产时主要以高频感应钎焊为主。焊接过程中钎料润湿与填充不充分、焊接残余应力过大以及高脆性物质η相的生成是影响焊接接头质量的主要因素。本文主要阐述了这三种因素产生的原因与解决措施。
英文摘要: Brazing is the major method of connecting cemented carbider and steel matrix, and high-frequency induction brazing was mainly used for volume-produce. The major factors influencing the quality of welded point include the inadequate wetting and padding of soldering, the excessive welding residual stress and the generation of brittle material η phase in the process of welding. Therefore, the causes of the three factors mentioned above were explained and some recommended measures were put forward.
