中文摘要:基于焊接专用有限元模拟软件SYSWELD对Q345D低合金钢CO2焊焊缝组织成分进行了数值模拟研究,并对焊接接头进行了金相分析。结果表明:模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,Q345D低合金钢焊后冷却至大约300 ℃时,其焊缝组织奥氏体、马氏体、贝氏体百分比含量约为6∶54∶40。
英文摘要:Based on software SYSWELD, the composition of the weld seam of low-alloy structural steel by CO2 arc welding was stimulated. And the metallographic structure of the welded joints was analyzed. The results show that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. When low-alloy steel Q345D cools to about 300 ℃ after welding, the simulated results show that the percentage content of austenite, martensite and bainite in metallographic structure is 6∶54∶40.
