中文摘要:采用正交试验设计的方法,研究了电阻点焊热镀锌钢板时焊接时间t、焊接压力P及焊接电流I的优化匹配对焊点质量的影响权重。焊接接头拉伸和剥离试验分析表明,三种焊接工艺参数对焊点质量影响最大的是焊接时间,焊接电流次之,焊接压力最小。最佳焊接工艺参数为:t=12 cycles、I=11 kA、P=2.1 kN,此时能够获得外观成型良好,强度最高的焊点。
英文摘要:The effect of different optimum match of welding time, welding pressure and welding current on the quality of welded joint was studied by orthogonal experiment design. By tensile test and tear test, it can be obtained that three types of welding parameters have important impact on the weld quality, welding time is the greatest impact, the less important factor is the welding current, the last one is the welding pressure. The optimum welding parameters are welding time 12 cycles, welding current 11 kA and welding pressure 2.1 kN. On this condition, the more satisfactory nugget size and the best strength of the welds could be gained.
