英文摘要:Analyzing the part structure and the original casting process of exhaust manifold, the reasons for shrinkage and porosity were found. Applying the theory of proportional solidification, adopting the reasonable process measures, the casting defects, such as shrinkage and porosity during the trial production were effectively solved, the remarkable economic benefit was gained.
