英文摘要：The process of rapid making auto body panels die with electric arc spraying is introduced, including preparation of the master mold, pretreatment of the master mold surface, metal electric arc spraying, filling backing material, ejection and post-processing. The electric arc spraying rapid die making technology has advantages of simple process, short cycle, low cost and high precision and so on, which provide new methods for auto body panel die rapid making.
