中文摘要:采用Gleeble3500并结合SEM、TEM等实验方法研究了大线能量焊接对不同Ti含量690MPa级石油储罐用钢粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)组织、性能的影响。结果表明,提高Ti含量可显著提高母材的强度和低温冲击性能,但会严重恶化CGHAZ的冲击性能。随线能量的升高,高Ti钢CGHAZ的冲击性能急剧下降,而低Ti钢CGHAZ冲击性能则下降较小,低Ti钢CGHAZ的冲击性能逐渐明显大于高Ti钢。分析认为这是由于高Ti钢大线能量焊接时粒状贝氏体增多、TiN显著粗化及(Ti,Nb)N成分演变所致。
英文摘要:The effects of high heat input welding on the microstructure and mechanical properties of coarse grain heat-affected-zone (CGHAZ)of 690MPa oil storage tank steel with different Ti content were studied by Gleeble-3500,SEM and TEM. The results show that, with the increase of Ti content, the base metal strength and low temperature impact toughness significantly improve, but there is a serious deterioration in CGHAZ impact property. With increasing heat input, the CGHAZ impact property of high-Ti steel sharply declines, while low-Ti steel reduces small, the CGHAZ impact property of low-Ti steel is higher than high-Ti steel. This is due to the increase of granular bainite in high-Ti steel, coarsening of TiN and composition change of (Ti,Nb) N during high heat input welding.
