中文摘要:介绍了船用舵柄铸钢件的技术要求和结构特点,确定了该铸件的铸造工艺原则,并利用华铸CAE软件进行了铸造工艺方案的凝固模拟分析和优化。结果表明,采用优化的铸造工艺方案生产的舵柄铸件质量完全满足用户要求,一次合格率达到100%。
英文摘要:The technical requirements and structural features of marine tiller steel castings were introduced. The principles of tiller's casting process were also determined. The solidification simulation and optimization of casting process design for tiller was carried out by INTECAST software. The results show that the quality of tiller castings manufactured by optimized process fully meet user requirements, the primary qualified rate is 100% pass.
