中文摘要: 通过建立钢包传热数学模型和有限元模拟计算,分别采用代表值法和能量守恒法分析重钢炼钢厂210 t钢包不同烘烤温度、不同绝热层材质对钢水温降速率的影响,并对不同工况的钢水温降速率作了预测。结果表明:代表值法和能量守恒法计算的钢水温降速率有较大差异;钢包烘烤温度对钢水温降速率影响很大;钢水浇注过程中温降速率比静置的要大。
英文摘要:Through heat transfer mathematical model and finite element simulation, the effect of roasting temperatures and adiabatic layer materials of 210 t ladle on the drop rate of molten steel temperature was investigated by typical values and energy conservation method, and the drop rate of molten steel temperature was predicted under different conditions. The results show that the drop rate based on typical values are different from that based on energy conservation method, the roasting temperature of ladle has an obvious effect on the drop rate of molten steel temperature, and the drop rate of molten steel temperature in pouring process is higher than that in standing process.
