英文摘要:The parametrical modeling of column spur gear was set up by software Solidworks; adopting forward extrusion forming process, and using finite element simulation software Deform-3D, the cold forging forming of the gear was simulated; then the suitable dedendum fillet radius was defined to optimize forming process, which can give a reference for practical production.
