中文摘要:通过搅拌法加入Al2O3颗粒制备颗粒增强Al-0.97%Mn复合材料, 并在组织、力学性能及磨损性能等方面分别与Al-0.9%Mn合金作对比。结果表明,Al-0.97%Mn复合材料的硬度明显高于Al-0.9%Mn合金并保留了良好的塑性;在低速干滑动摩擦磨损条件下,随着载荷增加,Al-0.9%Mn合金的磨损失重速度比Al-0.97%Mn复合材料快得多。
英文摘要:Al2O3 particle-reinforced the composite was fabricated by stirring method, the microstructure,mechanical properties and abrasion performance of Al-0.97%Mn composite were compared with that of Al-0.9%Mn alloy. The results show that the hardness of Al-0.97%Mn composite with great plasticity retained is significantly higher than Al-0.9%Mn alloy; under dry sliding friction and wear experiment in a low speed, the change rate of wear mass loss of Al-0.9%Mn alloy is much faster than Al-0.97%Mn composite.
