中文摘要:在18-8不锈钢上激光熔覆制备了纳米α-Al2O3+Ni基合金复合涂层;考察了纳米Al2O3含量对Ni基合金熔覆层的组织、硬度及干滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,Ni基合金中添加适量的纳米颗粒可使激光涂层的硬度增加,耐干滑动摩擦磨损的抗力提高,其中以较少纳米Al2O3添加量(1wt%)的涂层硬度和耐磨性的改善较为明显。
英文摘要:A composite coating with nano-Al2O3 particles and Ni-based alloy was made on 18-8 stainless steel by laser cladding. The effects of nano-Al2O3 content on structure, hardness and dry-slide wear property of cladding layer were investigated. The results show that the hardness of the coating increases and its resistance to dry slide wear increases when the correct amount of nano-Al2O3 particles is added to the Ni-based alloy. A distinct improvement in hardness and resistance to wear is obtained in 1wt% nano-Al2O3 content.
