等温锻造温度对TC6钛合金组织和性能的影响

中文摘要:研究了TC6钛合金在1 × 10 -2 s-1恒应变速率、60%大变形、不同温度等温变形时,温度变化对合金组织、室温拉伸和450 ℃时拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随等温变形温度的升高,初生α相含量减少,但直径增大,等轴程度增加;925、940 ℃等温变形热处理后形成等轴组织,955 ℃等温变形热处理后形成双态组织,985 ℃等温变形热处理后形成魏氏组织;940 ℃变形试样的室温拉伸强度最好,而955 ℃变形试样的室温拉伸塑性最好。综合分析可知,TC6合金在940~955 ℃ 能获得较好的强度、塑性匹配。
英文摘要:The effect of isothermal forging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC6 alloy was studied by isothernal forging at the strain rate of 1 × 10 -2 s-1 and 60% deformation. The results indicate that the volume fraction of primary α phase decreases with temperature rising. Equiaxed microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 925 ℃, 940 ℃. Duplex microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 955 ℃; widmanstaten microstructure forms when the forging temperature is 985 ℃ . The tensile strength is best when the forging temperature is 940 ℃, the plastic is best when the forging temperature is 955 ℃. The tensile strength and plasticity are in better combination, when the forging temperature is 940 ℃~955 ℃.
