中文摘要:制订了轴承瓦体的传统铸造工艺方案,然后利用Viewcast软件对该方案数值模拟。结果显示:铸件两侧及其环形部分较薄区域最先凝固,内腔上下部和筋贯穿部位最后凝固,导致产生缩松、缩孔等缺陷;为此,在铸件相应位置设置两个压边冒口和一个侧冒口,但仍难以消除缩松、缩孔等缺陷,之后增设冷铁,获得了合格铸件。
英文摘要:The traditional casting process of tile body was designed, then the process was simulated by Viewcast software. The simulation results show that the first solidification regions are in both sides of tile body and the thin part of the ring region, the upper and lower of cavity and the tendons finally solidify, so the final solidification regions have shrinkage, porosity and other defects; in order to remove the defects, two pressure risers and one side riser are set up at the corresponding position of the title body, but there are still shrinkages and other defects in the casting, then cold chillers are placed in the corresponding position of the casting. In the end, the eligible castings are gained.
