中文摘要:为了解决厚大断面球铁曲轴石墨畸变、缩松等问题,对缺陷的形成进行了深入研究,找出了形成缺陷的原因,并有针对性地对曲轴铸造工艺进行调整,同时对熔炼及球化、孕育处理工艺、浇注工艺控制等方面进行了完善,增加了脱S处理,搭配使用了75FeSi与高效复合孕育剂。经以上处理,最终消除了曲轴石墨畸变、缩松等缺陷,获得了表层与心部力学性能及金相组织差异很小的合格铸件。
英文摘要:In order to resolve the defects such as graphite aberrance and shrinkage porosity in the nodular iron crankshaft with heavy section, the reasons for the formation of the defects were studied. The design of crankshaft foundry process was adjusted directionally. The control of melting, nodularization, modification technology, pouring technology, etc. were improved. The graphite aberrance and shrinkage porosity in the nodular iron crankshaft are removed, the qualified castings are gotten, and the differences of mechanical properties and metallographic structure between surface and central area are slight.
