中文摘要:针对某铝合金筒形壳体零件的结构特点及材料特性,绘制该零件的挤压件毛坯图,确定该零件的加工方案,并对该壳体毛坯的温挤压成形工艺进行研究。结果表明:采用温挤压成形的该壳体工件满足使用要求,可为此类零件生产工艺的设计提供参考。
英文摘要:In view of the structure feature of cylinder shaped shell of aluminum alloy and the specific property of material, the section drawing of extruded body blank was drawn, and the process scheme was determined. The warm extrusion of shell body blank was investigated. The experimental results show that the forging of shell manufactured by warm extrusion fulfills the quality requirement, which provides reliable references for the process design of similar shell body blank.
