中文摘要:应用不锈钢焊丝00Cr13Ni5Mo对1Cr13马氏体不锈钢进行焊接实验,并对其焊缝及热影响区的金相组织进行了观察分析,对焊接试样的维氏硬度、抗拉强度进行了测量。结果表明,焊缝处为整齐排列的细柱状晶组织,晶间残余奥氏体均匀交替分布,同时基体上弥散分布着碳化物和粗大的合金化合物质点,晶粒度6级;焊缝组织均匀,强度高,焊接性能好。
英文摘要:1Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was welded with 00Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel welding wire. The microstructure of weld seam and heat-affected zone was observed, the hardness and tensile strength of welding test specimen was tested. The results show that the microstructure of welded joint is arrangement tiny columnate crystals. The residual austenite evenly distributes in crystal. The carbide and thick alloy composition material point, dispersely distribute in matrix, the crystal grain size is 6 level, The welded joint has even microstructure, high strength and good welding performance.
