中文摘要:研究了焊接工艺参数对T91钢的显微组织和热疲劳性能的影响。试验结果发现,较高的预热温度和层间温度、低电流、多层焊接、焊后较高的热处理温度的焊接工艺,焊缝为回火索氏体组织,且具有较好的热疲劳性能。
英文摘要:The effects of welding parameters on the metallurgical microstructure and thermal fatigue properties of T91 steel were studied. The experiment results show that, after welding under higher preheating temperature, interpass temperature, low current multi-layer welding and high heat treatment, the tempered sorbite microstructure and good thermal fatigue properties are obtained.
