中文摘要:采用等离子弧对低碳钢Q235与奥氏体钢1Cr17Mn6Ni5N异种钢进行焊接,并对焊接工艺进行了优化。采用扫描电镜、光学显微镜、能谱仪对焊接接头的组织进行了分析,用显微硬度计对接头硬度进行了测试。结果表明:采用合适的工艺,可以实现高强度的连接,在焊缝区形成了板条马氏体组织,并在焊缝两侧产生了碳的迁移。
英文摘要:The dissimilar steel of pearlitic steel(Q235)and austenite steel(1Cr17Mn6Ni5N) was welded by plasma arc welding. The microstructure of welded joint was observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, the microhardness of welded joints was measured. The results indicate that the plank martensite hardening level forms in welding zone and the migration of carbon occurs in the two sides of welded joint. By appropriate welding craft, the better welding quality is obtained in dissimilar metal welded joint.
