中文摘要:通过对35CrMo钢闸板表面火焰喷焊的工艺研究,总结出了相应的生产规律,靠人工控制喷焊工艺过程,通过严格操作也能很好的保证喷焊质量,并且生产简单易行、投资小、成本较低。用渗碳、渗氮和表面堆焊等方法生产泵、阀的闸板在钻井上应用寿命很低,而本研究喷焊Ni60的闸板寿命能够很好满足其高耐磨、耐蚀及密封性能的要求,为闸板的生产提供了重要依据。
英文摘要:The flame spray-welding process for 35CrMo steel gate segment was investigated and the methods for controlling the quality of spray-welding process was defined by summarizing the corresponding production law. Through the above methods, the gate segment can be manufactured simply and cheaply. The gates segment treated by the process with Ni60 alloy can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and air-tightness of pumps and valves. The research provides a reliable basis for the production of gate segment.
