中文摘要:分别采用CO2气体保护焊和双丝埋弧焊,在不同的焊接线能量下,对16Mn钢进行焊接,对焊接接头进行了显微组织观察和显微硬度测试。结果表明:CO2气体保护焊接头组织较均匀细小;双丝埋弧焊接头组织较粗大,在过热区出现了魏氏组织;CO2气体保护焊接头的硬度值明显较双丝埋弧焊接头的硬度值高,硬度值在热影响区出现峰值。
英文摘要:16Mn steel was welded by CO2 gas shielded arc welding and double-wire submerged arc welding, respectively under different energy conditions. The microstructure observation and hardness measurement test for the welded joints were conducted. The results indicate that the welded joint microstructure obtained by CO2 gas shielded welding is uniform and small. The one of double-wire submerged arc welding is thick. Widmanstaten structure in the overheating zone. The hardness of welded joints obtained by double-wire submerged arc welding is significantly better than that obtained by CO2 gas shielded. The peak hardness appears in the heat affected zone.
