中文摘要:通过断口观察、显微分析法分析了23MnNiMoCr54锻造立环在制造过程出现断裂的原因。结果表明:链条立环断裂的原因是局部过烧缺陷造成的,而局部过烧是料段感应加热时由于电流集肤效应产生的;因料段出现锻偏,局部过烧缺陷未能通过飞边排除,而遗留到链环中,成为裂纹源。
英文摘要:The reasons for fracture of forge vertical ring of 23MnNiMoCr54 in chain during production were analyzed by fracture observation and micro-analysis. The results show that the local over-buring, caused by current skin effect results in the fracture of the chain's ring. Because of the stuff segment with forging deflection, the local over-burning defect can not be eliminated by flash, but remains in the vertical ring and becomes the crack origin.
