中文摘要:采用多元线性回归方法,对陕西龙钢连铸拉坯过程中实际生产数据进行分析,得到Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别与钢水中C、Si、Mn、S、P的含量、连铸主要工艺参数如钢水温度、拉坯速度、比水量的多元线性回归方程。结果表明:C和Mn的含量以及拉坯速度是影响Q235钢铸坯中间裂纹级别的最主要的因素,其他因素对其影响较小;控制好C含量,适当减少Mn含量,适当降低并稳定拉速,有利于改善铸坯中间裂纹。
英文摘要:Based on multivariate linear regression analysis, the practical production data from casting course of continuous casting slab in Shaanxi Longmen Iron and Steel Plant were analyzed, a group of multivariate linear regression equations were established, which were the intermediate crack level of Q235 steel vs its effects, such as C, Si, Mn, S, P content in molten steel, molten steel temperature, casting speed and water flow rate. The results show that the content of C and Mn and the casting speed are the most important factors affecting intermediate crack of Q235 steel slab; strictly controlling C content, appropriately reducing Mn content, moderately reducing and stabilizing casting speed help to improve the appearance of intermediate crack in the slab.
