中文摘要:采用复合Na盐变质处理法制备了硅颗粒增强高铝锌基复合材料,应用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验和冲击试验等手段研究了复合材料的组织特点、断口形貌和力学性能。结果表明:通过复合Na盐变质处理,含硅高铝锌基复合材料中硅颗粒分布细小均匀、形状规则;随硅含量的增加,材料的硬度逐渐增大,抗拉强度逐渐减小,冲击韧度逐渐降低;含6.0%硅的高铝锌基合金的拉伸断口具有脆性断裂特征。
英文摘要:The effects of silicon on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high aluminum zinc based composite with different silicon content were studied by metallurgical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), tensile test and impact test. The results show that a sort of alloy with uniformly distributed fine Si phase and regular shape can be obtained under appropriate chemical composition. The addition of Si decreases the tensile strength and impact toughness of the composite. But the hardness of the composite increases. The tensile fracture of high aluminum zinc based alloy with 6% silicon shows brittle rupture.
