中文摘要:过实验探讨了含碳量、淬火温度、冷却速度、回火温度对碳钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:T8钢热处理后硬度最大;45钢的淬火温度过低或过高都会使硬度下降,淬火温度一般取850~860 ℃;冷却速度越大,碳钢的硬度越大,低温回火会得到更高的硬度。
英文摘要:The influences of carbon content, quenching temperature, cooling rate and tempering temperature on the microstructure and hardness of carbon steel were discussed. The results show that the hardness of T8 steel after heat treatment is highest, the hardness of 45 steel as-quenched decreases under over-temperature and extra-low-temperature, the quenching temperature of 45 carbon steel is best at 850~860 ℃, the hardness of carbon steel increases with the increase of cooling rate and the decrease of tempering temperature.
