中文摘要:研究了25MnTiBR碳氮共渗后的组织对应力及性能的影响。结果表明:碳氮共渗后,如果热处理不当,在表面形成非马氏体黑色组织,则此层即为拉应力,使多冲疲劳性能大幅度下降。
英文摘要:The effects of carbonitrided microstructure on stress and properties of 25MnTiBR were studied. The results show that a non martensite microstructure in surface layer with tensile stress after carbonitriding is formed if the heat treating is improper, which lead to the sharp decrease of multi-impact fatigue strength.
